The Walhalla Public Library is home to “Walhalla George of the Pembina Gorge” a mosasaur found in the Pembina Gorge. Visit the library and learn about the mosasaur and it’s amazing history. The library has books for readers of all ages, computers and printers available for your use, and a great selection of DVD’s, magazines, and reference materials. If you are interested in Walhalla’s early history or are tracking down your family’s genealogical history, check out the North Dakota room where priceless reference materials have been collected to preserve Walhalla’s rich and colorful history.
